Leaked: Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 hardware specs

After leaked information regarding Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, today we have more leaked information related to Samsung's devices.

According to the rumors, Samsung is working on a new 6.3-inch PLS HD Android device called Galaxy Mega 6.3. This device should use dual-core 1.7 GHz processor, an 8-megapixel back camera, and a 2-megapixel front camera for video calls. Additional hardware specs include 1.5GB of RAM, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, A-GPS and a 3200 mAh battery. We should also mention that Samsung Mega 6.3 should be thick as Galaxy S4, and as for the operating system, it should run Android 4.1.2 or Android 4.2.2. and use Samsung's Nature UX interface. Also, two versions of Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 should be available: one that uses LTE and one without it. Regarding the color selection, this phone should be available in both black and white, and we should see the black version available for sale around the middle of May.
