Devotec Fuel: The smallest cellphone battery pack in the world

Posted: 01 May 2013 10:00 PM PDT

Running out of battery on your smartphone is such a bother, but luckily for you, today we have a compact charger that will extend the battery life of your smartphone.

Fuel comes from a company Devotec, and currently, it's the smallest cellphone charger in the world. Speaking of its small size, Fuel measures one inch in height and it's just half inch wide, so it's quite compact, and you can easily attach it to your keychain, or just put it in your pocket. However, due to its size, Fuel is limited when it comes to the battery life. We have to point out that Fuel won't recharge your cellphone completely, but it will be great if you need an emergency charge, and it can provide you with up to 30 extra minutes of battery life. This isn't that bad, considering the size and the fact that this device uses 5C lithium-ion 220mAh rated battery.

Fuel sounds like an interesting device that could be useful in emergency, however, Fuel is just a Kickstarter project, but it has reached its funding, so we should see it available soon enough.
