This device is a 13.3-inch tablet, but thanks to the keyboard dock, it can easily work as a notebook. As for the specs, this device uses 13.3-inch HD touchscreen display, and it's powered by 3rd generation Intel Core processor. Additional features include full keyboard and touchpad, as well as USB 3.0 ports. We have to mention that HP Split x2 comes with two batteries, one in the tablet, and one in the keyboard dock. Regarding the storage, you can get your HP Split x2 with 64 or 128GB SSD, but if you need more space, you can get 500GB hard drive installed in keyboard dock instead of SSD. In addition, keyboard base has a SD card slot, while the tablet uses microSD slot, so you can easily expand your storage space. Regarding the operating system, this tablet / notebook runs on Windows 8. HP Split x2 is an interesting device, and it will be available this summer with a starting price of $799.99.
