ICEdot helmet calls emergency in case of accident

Cycling is always fun, but if you're cycling, you'll need a special equipment, such as helmet to keep you safe, and speaking of which, today we have a device that might make your cycling sessions a bit more safe.



ICEdot helmet will protect your head just like any ordinary helmet, but unlike standard helmets, this one will notify your emergency contact in case of emergency. This helmet pairs with your smartphone via Bluetooth, and in case of accident, ICEdot helmet will use your smartphone to send your GPS coordinates to your emergency contact. Of course, if you take minor fall and you're not seriously injured, you can cancel the emergency call manually, since the dedicated app comes with a timer.

ICEdot helmet is designed by Sense Tech LLC, and according to the reports, we should see it in 2013 for $200, so if you're into cycling and you want to protect yourself while cycling, this helmet might be perfect for you.

iOS 6 brings battery issues to iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S

iOS 6 has been released recently, however, according to the reports, it seems that iOS 6 comes with certain issues.



Although iOS 6 has introduced all sorts of new features, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S users have reported some issues with the latest iOS. Hundreds of people have reported on Apple's forums that new iOS 6 drains battery faster on iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, and similar things have happened in the the past with the fresh iOS release. As for solution, some users are claiming that turning off location features fixes the problem, while others are claiming the opposite, and despite all these complaints, we haven't seen an official response from Apple, so we're still waiting for solution.

Although iOS 6 offers variety of new features, you might want to wait just a bit more before you switch to it, especially if you own iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S, unless you don't mind shorter battery lifespan.
