F3 and A3: Latest smartphones from BenQ released Posted: 17 Dec 2013 03:19 AM PST BenQ is famous for its monitors and peripherals, but it seems that BenQ is trying to expand its market by releasing two new smartphones. F3 and A3 are latest smartphones from BenQ, and both of these devices come with 4.6-inch 960×540 IPS display, 4GB of internal storage, 1GB RAM and 2-megapixel front camera. We have to mention that both devices have microSD card slots, so you can easily expand your storage space. F3 comes with 1.2GHz MediaTek MT6589 processor, while A3 uses 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8225Q CPU. F3 also comes with 2,100mAh battery and f/2.2 13 megapixel rear camera with HDR while A3 features 2,000mAh battery and 8-megapixel camera on its back. BenQ F3 and A3 are interesting smartphones, and as for the price, F3 costs about $270, while A3 is priced at $200. These devices are currently available only in Taiwan, and so far we have no official information regarding worldwide availability. [via Ubergizmo]
