Acer Liquid C1 smartphone comes with Intel Atom Z2420 processor

If you're fan of Intel, you know that Intel is the leading CPU manufacturer for desktop computers, and now, it seems that Intel is trying to make its way onto mobile devices as well.



According to the reports, Acer Liquid C1 smartphone should come with Intel's 1.2Ghz Atom Z2420 processor, codenamed Lexington. Additional specifications include 4.3-inch 960×540 IPS display and a 8 Megapixel autofocus camera. We have to notice that Acer Liquid C1 smartphone comes with a single core processor, but it's fully capable of 1080p video playback. In addition, there's Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS connectivity and a microSD card slot. As for the software, Acer Liquid C1 comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

This smartphone has decent specs to offer, and it works with HSPA+ mobile networks. As for the availability, Acer plans to release this smartphone in South-east Asia, and currently there's no information about the pricing.
