Belkin WeMo Light Switch lets you control lightning in your house via iOS device

After the Thunderstorm Handheld Home Theater from Belkin, today we have another device that comes from Belkin, so let's have a closer look at it.

If you're using wireless networks often, and you own an iOS device, you'll be pleased to hear that Belkin has decided to expand its WeMo line by adding a WeMo Light Switch to it. WeMo Light Switch is an Internet-connected light switch that will allow you to remotely control wired household lighting from anywhere. WeMo Light Switch is designed to replace your current light switch, so it connects to electrical wiring in your house, and if you are connected to wireless network, you can easily control the wired lighting using any iOS device. In addition, you can schedule the lights to turn off automatically.

WeMo Light Switch is currently compatible with iOS devices, but there should be models compatible with Android OS in the future as well. As for availability, we should see Belkin WeMo Light Switch for iOS and Android available this summer.
