Velocity Micro Cruz T508: 8-inch tablet that runs on Android 4.0

Tablets are rather popular, and speaking of which, if you're looking for a proper tablet, today we might have the perfect model for you.

Velocity Micro is releasing Cruz T508, an 8-inch tablet that runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Unlike other 7-inch tablets that use 16:9 form factors, T508 comes with an 8-inch capacitive touchscreen, 4:3 aspect ratio, and it uses 1024×768 resolution.

As for the hardware, this tablet is powered by Cortex A8 1.2GHz processor, and it uses dual Mali-400 2D/3D Core graphics processor. Cruz T508 comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, but if you need more storage space, this tablet also supports microSD/SDHC cards up to 32GB.

This tablet comes with both front and back camera, so you can take pictures and enjoy in video chat via WiFi. As we already mentioned, Cruz T508 runs on Android 4.0 and it comes with Amazon Kindle, Amazon Appstore, Adobe Flash Player, Angry Birds Space, and QuickOffice Pro.

Velocity Micro Cruz T508 is a decent tablet, but so far, we don't have any information regarding availability or price.
